What is Phil Saunders Associates?
Phil Saunders Associates was established in 2001. We are a consultancy specialising in Housing Support, Care and Homelessness. Our strengths are an in-depth knowledge of the sector, coupled with extensive experience of working in and with local, regional and national government. We have also assisted a wide range of providers and representative organisations.
The services we provide include:
- Policy and strategy development for national and local government, providers and representative bodies;
- Advice on all aspects of commissioning, procurement and tendering;
- Partnership and consortium building;
- Facilitation, public speaking and training;
- Business planning, management consultancy and performance review;
- Interim and project management.
Why “Associates”?
Phil Saunders Associates does not employ staff, other than the Director. Increasingly, we work in partnership with other established professionals. This keeps overheads down, enabling us to offer good value for money.
Depending on the size and nature of the task, Phil Saunders (our Director) will either deliver the project personally or put together a multi-disciplinary team.
